Well, protein shakes are essential with muscle building and physical training, so I'm just curious how everyone takes theirs. I.E. Whats in your protein shake?

Chocolate-flavored Nitro-Tech by MuscleTech worked well for me. Mixed mine with milk - tastes pretty good.

Wrong, hard work is all that is needed to become stronger and faster. If you push yourself...Lifting, eating healthy, and running is all you need.

Creatine doesnt do you any good. It does more harm than good to ones body. And about your friend going from 165-210 benching. Ask him to run 1 mile. I doubt he could after taking all that creatine.
Anything with Whey Powder in it does the job. Put ice in the blender chop up fruits, strawberries go best with everything, and bannas. Put the powder in. Chocolate is usually best. And blend it up.
Enjoy.

Make sure someones there to take your pic when you fall down clutching your chest before going into a cardiac arrest. The facial expression should be priceless.
Someone whose 15 shouldnt be benching 185. Even if you can its not good for you. You will damage your discs in your back.

My advice. Keep benching. But dont move up too quickly. If your large framed you can handle it. But dont move up the weights too much for another year or two. Especially with a back problem, you should take it easy.
Im 175 and benching 200, but ive been working up since i was 16.
Its best to take these things slowly. It pays off in the end.

Another reason not to go over.
Dont put the stoppers at the ends of the weights if your lifting and u dont have a spot. If you lose grip and get pinned u can just tilt the weight stack to one side and they will slide off.

Try finding a range that fits you best. E.g.) 120-140, and each time just move up by 5's or even 2's, until you get to 140. That way you will build the muscle. Always remember that to build, you need to increase the weight and decrease the reps.

I haven't seen anyone get issued creatine no. But I didn't ask about creatine did I? I don't use that stuff.

However, I haven't seen any pictures of military men taking the shakes, but I have seen them do it with my own eyes. Men from all over the brigade take them and I was wondering how different service men on here took them.
