What would you do if you administration would tease you when you are work i mean my bosses with my work, i call union and theres no help.? Any good adwise?p-) else but kill all those bastards?

File a complaint with your companies Human Resources Dept.

Go postal...........Seriously tell it to HIS boss. Make sure it's all documented just in case.

Oh yes i have all thing documented if needed.But i have to appeal much upper level.

Make sure they documented that you filed a complaint with them. So they can say that you never reported it.

Tell them you're tired of it, but are not sure how to respond. Tell them your first instinct is to beat the living **** out of every last one of them, but you know that would be inappropriate.

Document it. They'll do their best to make you look like a fool,so make sure you can supply exact dates and a pretty consistent time line of said events. also make sure you have someone else who can corroborate your story(witnesses). it could be someone who over heard it etc. go to his boss,Hr with it and if they aren't willing to act,bring in whatever outside agency to deal with it. All anyone wants to really happen is for it to go away,but you have to make sure when it does it's to your benefit and not theirs. And that's one to grow onp-) .
