Different nose, and the one in the first pic looks like his face is alot slimmer. It's harder to tell because in the second pic it's wrinkled.

the hairline is exactly the same except for the most obvious feature: the widow's peak. one looks like he has it, the other doesn't.

maybe that's just the photo quality and his facial expression.

They are not the same persons. The guy on the right is Clark Kent, the other one is Superman. Two totally different persons... :D
