Only case like this i know of at my school was a teacher (who was damn fine and i reckon 22 or 23 years old) screwed some 18 year old senior. Wasnt illegal because it was consesnual and they were both legal age... But following all the rumors and **** she took alot of time off and eventually quit.

I learned some more about this today. 1) Everytime the girl would wear a skirt she would go commando to show Harris while in class 2) Some suspicions were aroused when he covered up his windows because "it was too much light" 3) He has a daughter roughly the same age as the girl and also attends as a freshman. He knew the law, and he chose to break it. he can rot in prison for all I care. Well... your point is taken, but the fact remains that adults (whether they be male of female) should be capable of saying no. I don't care how "skanky" the girl might be, it doesn't excuse the teacher's behavior, and she is still a child.
Children should be able to trust their teachers not to take advantage of them.

Last year in my Physics class we had a student teacher(the guy smelt like BO horribly everyday(and I was the only one that had the balls to tell it to him in his face)anyways, he was caught making Moonshine in our classroom after hours.
