After the punch he forced Moore into the ice face first hopefully Moore career wont be over, but i'm sure Bertuzzis intent wasn't to break his neck, nevertheless it happened and he should be punished.

Colorado was winning 8-2 so i am guessin the frustration was building up but thats no excuse to do this.

But Bertuzzi have been around long enough to know that stuff like this can happen. It's not like he's some 13-year old that doesn't know any better...

No suspention. Force the guy to play hockey naket for about two seasons. That would teach him. Also brand him with "Backstabber" on the chest and the back... hehe.
