Turn your computer off before you get tired. Because you tend to forget your tiredness sitting in front of it. Then have a wank and sleep. :)

It's 10am here and the sun is shining, think about that... (better not)

I have always hard trouble getting to sleep. I've Nyquiled myself to sleep many a night, but I picked up some Melatonin a few weeks ago and have been fairly pleased with it. It makes you tired, but in a more natural and pleasant sense; not like you you've been hit upside the head with a tire iron. Something you might want to look into if this is a common occurance.

No wonder you can't sleep. I can't have any electrical device on in my room while trying to sleep.

I can't sleep without my computer running. The fans act as white noise. If I'm away from my apartment, I have to turn on a fan or open a window just so I have enough noise to get to sleep. Too much silence is unsettling to me now.

I live in the inner city, i have enough white noise even though my bedroom window is not pointing to the street and i live in front of a park. But the little green, red and yellow lights of a tv or computer drive me crazy. And the fan and occasional harddisc sound is horrible for me to sleep.

Get sound proof windows like me. Unfortunatly you might get a sleep problems when you sleep somewhere else.

It its due to stress you might try Melissa officinalis products from this plants have calming properties. Forget about any kind of workout just before you plan to sleep. Human body produce chemical substances that make you awake for some time after workout. It might be also caused by moonlight many peoples have problems with sleep when exposed to moonlight.

I have the same problem, doctor told me to take Benadryl, said it's basically what's in every over the counter sleep-aid.

Get some wire cutters, move slowly and speak in a soft tone. They should come right up to you.

Be gentle, most likely it's their first time too.

You shouldn't bitch about sleeping problems as long as you don't sleep after 6 AM on a regular basis... ;)
