Today in school, after I spoke at National Honor's Society convention in the auditorium, I see two sophmores absolutely wailing on each other. The second bell had rung at least two minutes previous and I had left the NHS reception early to go to history.
It's about 7:30, and I see a big, muscular bully versus a little sh*t dork. Maybe 100+ yards down the hall, see the bully on top of the helpless dork, who is so beaten into oblivion by now he isn't even fighting back, just trying to get into a fetal position to protect himself. Now, the little kid is unconscious, so I figured the bully was going to spit on him and walk away. Once the bully walked away, I was going to pick the kid and make sure he wasn't dead. That wasn't the case. The bully proceeds to walk away and pick up a lead pipe from the open janitor's closet and begin to hit little man on the head. No pussy shots, full force swings. The small boy began to moan, had a white fluid running out of his nose and was bleeding out of the ears.
I got scared sh*tless that he was going to murder the kid, so I drop my books and literally sprint down the hallway as fast as I can. I gave his neck a running headlock and tossed him at the wall, which ricoched him into a locker 15 feet in front of him. The kid springs up up and gives me a roundhouse to the nuts and a crack in the jaw. Seeing that I was in danger, I grabbed him by the neck and started an assault of punches to his stomach and chest, snapping his collarbone in two with one of them. Then, I heard him wheezing like when you try a ciggarette for the first time, so I grabbed him by the armpits and tried to toss him at the wall. I missed, so instead he goes sailing through half-inch thick glass (first floor) and onto a bush outside. Hearing him screaming and crying from all the glass in his back and his broken collarbone, I spit the blood out of my mouth and run over to the beyond-battered nerd now with some serious head trauma.
I immediatly whip out my cell phone and call 911, then sprint down the hall to the security desk, only to find that they already heard the ruckus and were at the scene when I returned. A LifeStar helicopter landed in front of the freaking school because the nearest hospital is about thirty minutes out and considering the degree of head trauma the little guy has, they rush into the school. About half the school is now crammed into the hallway trying to get a glimpse of what's going on.
By now, LifeStar is already inbound to the hospital with the little guy. The fight instigator gets bandages on his back and a sling for his collarbone and is arrested on the spot. I figured since I gave my testimony to the police officers and school security about two dozen times, I begin to walk away. Not so fast.
Vice principal kicks open his office door and screams for two security guards to "get me." They literally tackle me and then next thing I know I'm in handcuffs. He had me charged with TWO COUNTS OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, BREACH OF PEACH AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY.
Admin's claim that when I threw the bully through the glass to prevent the murder of a helpless student, I was acting "in my own interests to participate in a fight." They also claim that even if I was acting in self defence, the "destruction of school property was unnecessary and reckless." Then they had the balls to claim that when I ran to find security I was "fleeing the scene of a crime."
Because this happened so early, I faced a magistrate at 10 sharp this morning. The school's attorney's come in and say that they're dropping the charges. No arrest would be on my record, but I was ordered back to school to have a meeting with my parents in front of the superintendant and my principal.
After a big shouting match between parents, students who witnessed the fight from outside and even damn security guards who were watching the tape, trying to defend me, they put me up for expulsion by the school board. The deliberation is at 7:30 tonight at town hall.
Once word got out to my classmates, local News Channel 8 reported that out of 1,500 students at my school, over 600 walked out of their last three classes and stood around of the flagpole, refusing to move. Numerous teachers and other faculty members were also involved. The president of the student council, who's also one of my closest friends, received a permit to have a demonstration outside town hall tonight.
What a crazy day.
Wish me luck tonight.

Sounds like fun. Your defense at the meeting should be that you regret having to protect yourself and another student but had no choice as the school is unable or unwilling to provide said protection. If it gets any thicker, threaten to sue for the security guards that put their hands on you.

The part that perplexes me is that I've had ONE detention for my entire high school career, and that was gum chewing. My lowest grade I've ever had in any class is an A-, and I hold office or captainship of every club and sports team that I'm on.
I could slightly understand better if I was a big troublemaker or something.
[EDIT] Meeting has been rescheduled for 5:45. We're thinking that they're trying to throw the protestors off. It's too bad that half of them are already outside town hall.

[UPDATE]
The kid who was beaten up (Evan) is currently in the ICU at Bridgeport Hospital. He's in a medically-induced comatose and had to have parts of his skull sawed away temporarily because his cerebellum and occipital lobe are pretty horrifically swelled. The head neurosurgeon, who is taking care of him, says that his cerebellum should be fine, but his occipital lobe, which controls visual processing of the brain, may have permanent damage.
My buddy Chad called and said that there's so many students outside of town hall in protest that people are actually crossing the street to stand on the other side. He even said that different clubs have orgainzed certain protests. For instance, the Milliard Fillmore Club (which I'm president of) is kneeling on the steps of town hall with their hands bound and mouths gagged, wearing signs that say "SILENCE THE INNOCENT! OPPRESS THE RIGHTEOUS!" And they have a big pit with copies of the Constitution burning, with a sign over it saying "Shelton High's Interpretation of the Bill of Rights."
I'm off to the meeting.
Thanks for the support, guys.

Tonight was amazing, but it only worked out in half my favor.
I have a 3 day in school suspension for "unnecessary force and destruction of property." This will most likely result in a denial from my West Point acceptance that I've already received.
When I got there, I was hoisted up and carried to the steps. The clubs gave a tremendous demonstration. Most people had upside down Connecticut and American flags, and some had our principal's face on a sign next to Hitler and Mao Zedong, which was pretty funny. What amazed me most that the Shelton High Muslim Alliance and the Bible Club, born enemies who want each other's religion dead, were praying on the steps right next to each other. Also, the Young Republicans and the Young Democrats Club formed a human chain around the building, Repub in the hand of a Democrat.
The chairman of the school board approached me before the meeting and said, "son, if you leave this building with an expulsion, I'll be leaving with you with a resignation in my hand." Out of 13 on the board, the vote to expell was unanimously shot down. But the vote to suspend was passed, 7-6. A lot of people are saying they only did so to "preserve the image of the school as tolerating no nonsense." Too bad the school's violation of my Constitutional rights is being blared on News Channel 8 and 12.
Evan's still comatose and is 100% likely to go completely blind or have severe vision problems for the rest of his life. The bully's (name still unknown) charges have been upgraded from aggravated assault with a deadly weapon to attempted murder.
The student and faculty union is the only thing that makes me smile about tonight. Student Government has initiated sit ins inside the school, walk-outs and morning and afternoon demonstrations right outside the school for all traffic to see. This is supposedly continuing until I'm let out of suspension and it's completely erased off my record. Everyone in the history and business department has promised me they will not teach one student until I'm free.
The terrible part is this may screw up my West Point acceptance. My lawyer says that if I'm denied to West Point, he's suing the school district "for every loose penny they have." If not, he's still suing for the suspension on my record to be erased.
Student AND faculty walk-outs PLUS a state supreme court lawsuit.

TRANSCRIPT - NEWS 12
Tom, thank you. I'm outside Shelton Town Hall this evening, and as you can see behind me, protests that began at five o'clock this afternoon haven't the least bit slowed down.
It all started at Shelton High at around 7 o'clock this morning, where honors student Ricky Morales (me!) was walking back to class after speaking at an event. He heard a fist fight going on down the hall, and when he observed one student, whose name has been excluded due to age, (disgusted tone of voice) beating a fellow student over the head with a steel pipe, he rushed in and fought the assailant off. But what school administrators claim is that Mr. Morales went too far.
(My jerkhead principal) - Where Mr. Morales went wrong is that he was going overboard with his quote self-defense. That student was thrown through a glass window and had his collarbone broken. Mr. Morales was not trying to break up the fight, he had other intentions to physically harm another student, and seeing a fist fight happening, he took the opportunity to brutally assault another student to an excessive degree.
Although the school's administration is firm in their accusations against Morales, students and outraged faculty members are claiming otherwise. Mr. Chaffee, Morale's AP History teacher:
(My total kick-ass history teacher) - Where I'm incredibly disturbed is that a student - let's face it - was going to die. I mean, getting hit in the head forcefully with a 10-pound pipe isn't exactly what I call a run-of-the-mill fist fight. I call it attempted murder. The school is accusing Mr. Morales of having quote other intentions? It's almost comical! Mr. Morales - I've had him in my class for two years! He's one of my most trusted and intelligent students, who is captain of every sport he plays and office holder of numerous clubs, I mean, he's president of the student council. How can you accuse a student of his caliber to be a criminal? It's absolutely preposterous. I firmly believe, in fact, (shouts) I know, that Mr. Morales's Constutional rights were grossly violated by the school and the punishment he has received in turn is absolutely preposterous.
Students, with numbers pushing near 500, today took to town hall to protest Morales's punishment. Excuse me, can you share your opinion on today's events.
(My good friend Ali from history club) It's garbage! I mean, this is modern day America? Can't we defend ourselves and others without fear of reprisal? Next time I see someone being MURDERED on the street, I will stand back and watch him die because I know I'll be punished for intervening. When you violate someone's Constitutional rights, it should be punished. That's why I'm standing behing my trusted friend and fighting this inappropriate punishment.
(Newscaster) Well, Tom, as you can see, it's a vicious debate here in Shelton tonight. The school board will reconvene Sunday afternoon to rediscuss this issue, and hundreds Shelton High students and a select few faculty members say they will not return to classes until the punishment is removed. As for the student who was assaulted at first, Evan Fitzpatrick, he's currently in Bridgeport Hospital's Intensive Care Unit with what appears to be permanant brain damage. Mr. Morales's lawyer claims that he will be suing the school district, and the assaulted young man's parents say they will also be taking the case to court. I'm Kristina Southington, News Channel 12.

He's 18 years old, not 16, he is allowed to liegali own a handgun.
BTW, don't bully me, what law did I pass on?
I agree with Flagg that the idea of SS carrying a weapon from now on is ludicrous. But just to clear something up, at 18 he can't even buy a handgun nor handgun ammunition. If he was given one by a parent, he would not be able to carry it concealed until he is 21 and in possession of a concealed carry permit, assuming his state even allows concealed carry.
SS will be fine. I'd say keep an eye on when and where this guy ends up going to prison, and when he might be released. But, if you are going out of state for college, you're in the clear.
Discussion over.

Plus - if he is expelled - has he graduated yet? He'd have to probably repeat senior year.

Damn, talk about verbal bullying and then talk about bashing somebody's head open. 0_o
BTW: do you know why that kid was getting beat up and the bully's motives?
Apparently, Evan was getting beaten up by this one bully all year, so today he completely boiled over after the kid took his orange juice and dumped it on his head. He socked him in the jaw, but the bully was just so much stronger Evan didn't stand a snowball's chance in hell.
I just got back from seeing Evan after the meeting, poor guy looks terrible. His head and face are swollen to such a degree it's hard to see his features. Tubes all over him, on every machine I've ever seen. His parents are hysterical but they were hugging and kissing all over me when I walked in. He's 65% likely to be completely blind. Otherwise, he's in need of massive eye/neurosurgery to ever see somewhat normal
My lawyer said contacting West Point is a bit pre-emptive for today, but in the near future he will be. Everything's close to being all signed and sealed for our part of the suit.

I'm not scared of him. The bully has no friends and he's diddly sh*t compared to me.
I've got a goddamn school behind me, he can sure as hell bring it.

My best friend Chad, whose temporarily taking my seat as Student Council President, has organized so many events for tomorrow it amazes me how he got it all done in such short time. Here's tomorrow's game plan.
-Picket lines will be walked on the sidewalk in front of school grounds from 5:30 am until the beginning of classes. Such lines will be again walked from dismissal until 4:30 in the afternoon.
-Students who come to school will be assigned to a sit-in location after they have commited to the protests. Sit-ins will be held in the cafeteria, the auditoriom and around the flagpole.
-Students who have declined to participate in blatent protest are asked to boycott school lunches, vending machines, the school store and any athletic game being played at home where an admittance fee is required.
-The Gay-Straight Alliance will be reading portions of the Bill of Rights over the intercom every morning.
-The Vegan Club, Art Club and Anime Club will be responsible for publisizing our protests and cause. If you have any questions, ask your club officers.
-The Bible Club will be asked to pray fervently for Ricky.
-The Shelton High Muslim Union will be asked to pray for Ricky and contact their mosque leaders concering the situation.
-The varsity lacrosse team has turned in their pads and helmet to the athletic office under their own will. They refuse to play until the release of Ricky is finalized.
-The History Club will deliver speeches on the west lawn at dismissal every day.
-Faculty members who choose to support us may participate in any of these said activities.
-These activities will continue until Ricky Morales unjust punishment is lifted.
-If you would like to lead one of these activities, please contact me.
PM your questions to me about the whole situation. It's hard to answert them in individual posts.
[UPDATE]
-Mountain Bike Club will be riding laps up and down the street with American flags on the back of their bikes.
-Technology Student Association members are creating a "FREE RICKY" website. Link soon to come.
-Model UN's latest meet will have a donation bucket to pay for my lawyer fees.
-Lyrical Content Club and the Smash Poet's Club are creating various banners and posters.

That says it all. "Other Intentions" and "Going Too Far" are just down right silly comments for the school to even utter considering if you hadn't intervened the other boy would likely be dead now. You don't stop in the middle of a death match and say "Ummmm, hey now let's be mindful of the school property, mmmmmmmkay?".

The headline quote was, "a Shelton High student has been controversially suspended by the school board for allegedly defending another student who was being assaulted in the hallways earlier this morning, and his classmates and even faculty members are hitting the streets to defend their case. I'm Kristina (something), and this top story is coming up next."

The story needed more lesbian *** scenes
The student and faculty union is the only thing that makes me smile about tonight. Student Government has initiated sit ins inside the school, walk-outs and morning and afternoon demonstrations right outside the school for all traffic to see. Also, they are throwing me this party, I am soooo like the center of attention. There was beer and drugs and girls. This two girls was like, you can watch us have lesbian *** and you can watch cause you are such a hero. Then I boned them and every girl was having hot lesbian *** outside school. Yay! Go me.
There, added.

Some similarities between the two threads.
-Both have people getting drinks dumped on their head (milk in the first one, oj in this one).
-Both have someone being thrown into a wall
-Both have him getting injured (stabbed in the first one, roundhoused kicked in the balls (how the FU*K do you roundhouse kick someone in the balls???)in this one)
-Both have extreme head injuries (head slashed open in the first one, white liquid running from nose/bleeding from ears in second one).
-Both have history teachers (even though the history teacher that he said spoke to the reporter in the transcript he posted isn't even listed on the list of teacher found on the schools web site).
-Both involve people who were bullied for a long time and then snapped.
-Both have strange details about injuries (in the first one the cut missed the girls jugular by EXACTLY 2mm, in the second one the guy has a 65% chance of blindness)
-Both were posted by someone who is full of sh*t.
I'm sure there's more, but I just went over some of the posts in each thread quick.

Actually the story is true. It seems that several witness came forward with some information about the trio involved that shed new light on the matter. I turns out Mr. Morales was indeed protecting Evan from The Bully , but that there was more to the story than meets the eye. Turns out Mr. Morales and The Bully had tried out for the HS Wrestling Team and didn't make the cut, but bonded during tryouts and started their own Fight Club style wrestling league at a local bar - The Reckless Stallion. Club members reported that The Bully found out that Mr. Morales had been been moon lighting in a tag team league with a new partner, dubbed "Little Guy".
