WOW! That is a better idea- good all round vision and much better all round protection. What is the ballistics rating for the new armour shield?

Nope. That's one of the new uparmored Humvees. There was about 5 semi trucks the other day heading down I-75 in Ohio with 3 humvees each on them. They all looked like the one above....minus the weapons of course.

I wonder if they've actually got a decent engine under the hood to handle all the extra weight.

The engine never used to be as much of a problem as the brakes & suspension.

This is true... the suspension on a Hummer is crap.. I managed to break of the front, and rear independent suspension on one once.. Yakama 1988.. Yak Attack!!! part of a drivng test at night.. NVGs, and driving with the Instructor faster then the 25mph range road speed limit..

Awesome, the more protection the better. I hate when money interfers with the cost of life and death.
