They're the charge bags, you add or decrease them depending on the range you are firing at.

Sort of a duct tape (isolenta). Holds two magazines together, during the firefight it allows to quickly change the empty mag for the full one.

(all pics from 2005) As Kadyrov promised Chechnya is goin to be rebuild and cleaned up. This week they started with the clean up operation what means all trash and old burned vehicles or other parts of war will be removed from the streets and the land.

Yeah, I must say, I doubt how well Kadyrov is going to clean up Chechnya...he is a bandit like the rest of them, only on the federal side...for now.

That is why he has a lot of enemies. But most of the people working for the Chechen police right now are the same muji ****heads, they just surrendered during the amnesties. I don't think russians are that stupid to let him alive. Kadyrov was responsible for Mashkadovs dead and numerous of gangs.
