Well if a white guy i know calls me a negro,i dont think i will say much but i wont be comfortable. If it be someone i dont know then we have a problem.I have a name and negro is not it.I respect all people of all races and i think i deserve a little respect in return. It was not up to me to chose the color of my skin,i just found myself like that.In those days that was the government designated name, but i would like to think that most of the folks on this forum are color-blind.

yes it is politically incorrect and pending where you use it you will get your ass kicked. for historical references history papers and what not then that is fine because its simply stating history. i know public schools a while ago went on a book banning spree with books that had questionable PC content but that didnt go too far. i think....

There's this black dude at my school and that's really cool about anything and we all call him "nigga". Not "******", but "nigga". I guess it's all in the way you say it. LIke: "What's up nigga. Let's go fire up a fat-boy."

Yeah, it depends on the context. Like my good friend's nickname is "******-woods" and he calls me "Charlie" (that's not my name, it's because I'm asian). Now if I were to go up to some random black person and say something like that, I'd probably prying a boot from my "cavity" with a spatula.
