And here they are!
This is just a part of the comic, in which the Russians are attacking towards the Finnish lines in the Karelian Isthmus
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu1.jpg
Upper corner
The Finnish eyes narrowed for aim. Now or never, every bullet fired had to hit it's target. The command fell to Vilho's (one of the main characters) shoulders. Vilho brought courage to the lines and waited for the right moment to give the firing command.
The soldiers:
"Get your rifle ready and fast!"
"Antaa soittaa, Ismo" = Something like "get ready to fire, Ismo"
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu2.jpg
Upper corner
A dependable fighters' machinegun fire came in as the powerful firing command. The rest of the line joined in with it's loud voice of gunfire.
Note: "Verta pakkiin" is a bad word to translate since it's more or less a battle-cheer that doesn't really have a comparison in English.
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu3.jpg
Upper corner
One of the few anti-tank guns was brought into defence of the frontal sector (?). It did not suffer any lack of targets, though.
"Tulta!" = "Fire!"
More coming in ASAP...

Follow up (Excuse me for the double-post):
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu4.jpg
Lower corner
A huge explosion proved that the Anti-tank crews could do their job. The tank's turret broke apart and the whole beast stopped to it's tracks.
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu5.jpg
Upper corner
The destruction of the tank did not stop the sea of brown coats. Under the command of the harsh-voiced "Politruks" (sp?) the infantry marched towards the Finnish positions like a force of nature.
The Russian soldiers:
"Forward! bring the red banner into victory" (Hmm...)
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu6.jpg
Upper corner
Pekka (yet another main character) reloaded another round into the chamber of his rifle . He was just about to aim when a grenade hit near his position.

Triple post (oh my, someone's about to get his ass moderated...)
http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v46/Dalleer/Sivu7.jpg
Upper corner (above the man)
Pekka almost fell unconcious. But when his eyesight regained the attackers were almost swarming in the entrenchments.
"Hyvä luoja!" = "good god!"
Lower corner (with the swarms of Russians)
The defensive fire cut through the first wave like a battlefield-sized sickle. However there were more Russians swarming behind the fallen ones...
That's all for now.

A comic about the french mountain soldier
:| Sorry but this is not funny at all and -frankly- of none interest.
Unless you goal is to tease non French speaking readers and to start another French bashing campaign (did not happen since at least ...24h00 ;) ) ?
PS : franchement, tu es lourd ! :bash:
