Common practice for them to dress up in wigs and dresses before a battle to frighten and intimidate their enemies. Bizarre practice.

Some rebel soldiers beleive that dressing up like women will bring them good luck in battle (that's why he's wearing an a**** and wig) This is a true story, it's some Liberian folklore thing.

I have this issue when I get handed a firearm back, and the safety isn't on (even if it is empty)... maybe its due to the multiple hundred times that I had to write it down that a loaded firearm should be on safe (my dad was a 1SG).

When I go to the range with my M-66 (yugoslav sks) I never have the safety on, I just don't have rounds in the rifle, I like to have it ready :D

No, it's just people don't notice and I always forget to take it off when I'm on the firing line, plus sometimes the little safety spring thing breaks so I don't want to risk it, and what are you guys talking about I have 10 round clip for my M-66 and scope which I ahve no Idea how to install even though I ahve the weaver rail. I love my M-66

Well, when ever I'm on the fireing range the safety is on at all times, when not actually fireing. So that everyone can feel safe. :)

yep safety should be always on... One time I remember Idiot who was in my house noticed my rifle took in in the hand pointed on me and pulled triger without checking if it's loaded or not.... It wasn't as I always empty it after use and put safety on, but first think that I did after this: I took rifle from him and I hit him in face with it... Imagine what could happen if it was't unloaded...

That's why there is safety to prevent idiots from kiling somebody by accident.

Hehe, nice one marmot :D
I saw a couple of guys getting bitchslaped by the instructors, due to them not knowing proper firearm respect.
