He may be wearing a pair of optical inserts, but its hard to tell.

They are using T-77 which is Taiwan made submachine gun, based on UZI and Mac-10

All I'm getting is red "X"'s. If I right click to paste and copy the properties, it tells me I'm not authorized to view the phtos. :(

Actually they are wargame player, and i think it was a display in the Military Academy
It is very hard to find the ROC SOF pics except the excercise.

They're not ROC Army, they're just students of a military academy.
