Actualy if you look at the post above, it looks exactly like the older version, the cockpit lights just make it look that way.

Good to see a worthy competitor for the C-5 or C-17 in heavy load lift capabilities. Would be worth Australia buying one for playing with, leave the C-17s to the strategic/combat air-lift, the C-130s for theatre support and this thing for massive movements.

As Azide said before, it was probably just the light that fooled me. Made it look like the instrument panels were black instead of the usual Soviet blue/green.

Awesome craft, I saw one at work(I work close to the airport) once, the Volga-Dnepr one and it was flying fairly low. It was beautiful.
