This is the link to official DPRK (North Korean) Press Releases on the internet. It's available in both English and Spanish.
It's regarded by both media and governments as the official voice for North Korea's mafia.
It also happens to be hosted in Japan....I guess since the hermit kingdom's peaceful nuclear program is sucking up all available juice....they can't spare enough to host a webserver in their own country.
It's full of propaganda......but if you read between the lines you can catch a glimpse of what the NK's intend to do with all their peaceful plutonium.

"The U.S. imperialists have recently driven the situation to a crisis, more openly revealing their bellicose nature by staging various war exercises while working hard to increase their aggression forces in south Korea."

They never claimed to be a official site. "Korean friendship association".
