As the topic title says.
I've tried the MBITR pouch from BHI, but it's way to big. Any others suggestions?

Yup -- have that for my Motorola 7X sereis, it'll work fine with the Kenwoods.

IMO the tac tailor pouch is ****. I find mine to be a pain in the ass, and plan on replacing it as soon as possible. Try Paraclete, they have several radio pouches, all of which are fully adjustable. I have a clone of a Kenwood TK-378, and so does a buddy of mine. He used a paraclete MBITR pouch, and says it worked awsome, and said it has straps inside to carry smaller radios.

Hi, no I don't want to have a MBITR pouch anymore. It looks stupid and doesn't work handy for me, but hey thanks anyways! ;-)
By the way let me know if you get rid of your TT radio pouch! ;-)
