IMO If you are going to lock a topic you shouldn't make such an opinionated post about the topic at hand.

Just politely say what rules are being broken and lock the thread. Simply and cleanly.

A lot of rescent threads that have started out Country Bashing have been locked,and some of those responsible have been warned in PM's

And again I'll bring to everyones attention,and I'm sure most people here are sick of having these topics that start of informative,that just degenerate into name calling Anti this Anti that!.............look at the name of this site................Militaryphotos.net......................not America/France/Europe suck.com

These Anti Country feelings were not here a year ago,the Anti US stuff mainly comes from a particular Region in Scandanavia for some reason.

I'm doing my best to prevent it from getting out of hand now........not from 5-6 months ago.

What's the point in coming to what used to be mainly a MILITARY site,that has now become more a POLITICAL site........I just want to see the site go back to the good old days,where the banter was lighthearted,and the members here took it that way,and there was no harm done........can you honestly say that now?

There’s nothing wrong with abit of country bashing, I wouldn't mind too much if people called Australia the arse end of the universe (because it's the truth).
I think we should allow people a controlled amount of flaming otherwise we would all be bored ****less.
