no, i am almost......99.9% sure that u.s. soldiers can vote. because to me that would make sense. but in this day and age not much makes sense. TP has taught me not to spew out crap that i don't know about, so we should probably get a vet/current member of the military to confirm.

I'm only speaking for the Australian military, I'm assuming America would be the same.

I should ask my brother (Army 90's) But he never votes I dont think he ever did. He is Republican but never votes.

In Australia every one has to vote, you get fined if you don't turn up.
