I did a search and had trouble finding any information about gear from this company. [Quote]http://www.tacgear.de/en/1024/[Quote]
Anyone here know anything about them, ever used their stuff? Is it any good, and worth the cash?
In 70% this stuff are Arktis copy!p-)

Hey Siwy, I bet you know something about it. ;-)
But judging by the looks of it(I only know pants made by them and these were ok) - it isn't a very well developed, or thought-out gear, I'd rather prefer KHS or ATXS when it come to german makers.
Hey Catch! Yep - that's me.
1. OUR 1725 chestrig and their chest rig standard
2. OUR NL chestrig and their chest rig specialst.
3. OUR 1017 Commando Smock and their combat smock.
I have a short holiday, but in next week will be a little storm in OUR firm.

From what I've read on German boards, most peope are happy with their TacGear kit - good value for money, in particular the smocks. Yes, Arktis is better, but not many people are prepared to wait half a year for their kit...

Thanks for the feed back. Could you post a link to the german boards that you spoke of? I would be interested to read them .

That would be http://www.sondereinheiten.de/forum and http://www.khs-industries.com/community - just search for Tacgear and you'll find some rather positive reviews... e.g. here for a chest rig: http://www.sondereinheiten.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11611&highlight=tacgear

I also own some TacGear gear - and I am very happy with it.
And with all due respect to our Arktis friend - do your smocks and trousers have built-in knee and elbow re-inforcements and padding? NO! Does your advanced chest rig have the additional (and very useful) features of their Specialist Chest Rig? NO! Can Arktis beat them on price and availability of non-DPM colours? HELL NO!
If you don't like what TacGear bring on the market - then make something better, and less expensive!
Question 1:
Yes - but, they have different trouser.
Question 2:
What You mean???
Question 3:
