Post pictures that you know/have from 1920s-30s in Russia and Germany or during the invasion of Poland 1939, showing military co-operation with Germans and Soviets. Here are some i found, including the joint parade in Brest-Litovsk. They are rare to find, could it be that many have been destroyed on purpose by both sides?

Yes, it's all a massive conspiracy to disguise... well, I'm not sure what, but I'm sure you'll let us know with some more vague innuendo.

Pathetic.

A conspiracy? You'd claim, that these are not facts?that these photos are fabricated..?Or the events should not be taken serriouslly, lets just forget it,eh?

I'm tempted to post a picture of Samuel L Jackson, in which he asks you if you speak English. But I won't do that. Instead I'll just tell you that you need to read both posts again - this time with your brain cells ON.

My cells are on,just too relaxed after exam,my mistake. However who could deny, that some photos or footage were indeed destroyed just after the 22 06 1941 invasion? That would have been "nelovko" for both sides. i was wondering for example, what happened to those soviet millitary officers, who spent lot of time in Germany by Soviet command orders? (period before 22nd of June)...Shot?

My question was honest, not ment to hint anything. I was asking if someone knows better about this part of history. Its my understanding for exsample that the Germans had a tank school in Russia, etc.. Someone might know better and even have pictures, so dont get all paranoid on this thread.

No, you're definitely innocent of hinting at anything.

Some were. Especially those who cultivated German contacts.

To me it just looks like an honest question...

Look closer, then.

EDIT:

So now you openly admit you were hinting?

Boy-o, if you're going to extricate your foot from your mouth, you generally want to pull outward, not push it further in.

LokosThere was a question mark behind it, it was ment to be a question, it wasnt not ment to put ideas to peoples heads, it only contained my own first thought. So comment and treat it as an honest question and answer it or go find something else to get excited about.

i dont think anyone can rightfully deny nazi-soviet collaboration at the beginning of the war...unless it was customary on the eastern front to run up to the enemy and shake hands, wish them a good fight and good luck, etc...

back on subject good pics and i was wondering what the story was behind marmot's pictures as well?

I don't know for sure but those are probably photos from joint parade in Brest Litowvsk (Brześć Litewski) and from final agreement on dividing polish teritorry betwen agressors... look at last pic, there is at least one german general so it looks like rather high profile meeting...

When I think about Soviet-German cooperation, I think about Margelov's gas mask.
Perfect illustration how "allied" USSR and Germany were.
