Tag for pics of my 2 bada$$ builds (SPR and Mgery). I might sell my M4gery to occomodate a 12th Model Ops Inc can for my SPR :D
Thats sling looks to be a TAG sling ( www.jtrusty.com (http://www.jtrusty.com) ) w/ an
HK snap hook stub attachment.
M203s are nice, but not for civilians (unless they're loaded with cash). NFA stuff (Distructive Devices (M203 for ex), Automatics, Short barrel rifles, AOWs (Any Other Weapon ex: short barrel shotoguns etc)) cost alot and can be very addicting. Not to mention M203 rounds are hard to come by and cost $100 or more per round and there not many places you can fire one off safely and legally.
BTW: Your flash suppressor looks like it has some fouling in it.

Took a look at the pic again. The TAG ASP sling is mucho different. Awesome slings and best customer service I ever dealt with. Only thing I dont like is that when they melt the ends to prevent fraying, the melted material is very sharp. I actually drew blood on the side of my head from mine.

yes, 37mm flare launchers are OK to own but you need paperwork for 40mm lauchers because they are considered DD (like masterkey)

They are something like 38mm, so the 40mm destructive stuff won't work, Things with flares.. better check with laws on using them. The Park service could get very unhappy with you, same with tracers.
it is about a 200USD addition, if you want the "looks"

37mm flare launchers look gay. You have to do some serious work on them to make it mount in the same position ad a M203 would.

I had one of those shade things so that it didn't wash out completely in bright light, but once I had the chance to look through an Eotech I had to get rid of the Reflex.

Not quite...deer hunting at night is illegal and can take away your hunting license for life, you will never be able to own a gun ever again, and will be slammed a hefty fine.

Polarizing fliter, that was what I was trying to think of. They help but not a great deal.
If you're getting it at a good price then do it, if you're not happy turn around and sell it on Ebay to one of the Airsofters, I sold mine and made a a profit.

The sling is by sling masters. I don't know if they have a website. It was attached at the show.
Yeah I like it simple. Not sure if i'll get a vertical foregrip or not.
The gun is not 'hot'. Most AR-15 owners take pictures of their rifles with mags inserted because it's just that much sexier. The gun is unloaded, I assure you.

Actually, tests have shown that .223 is safer than 9mm, .45, and other pistol calibers, and I think mayber buckshot/slugs (I cant remember) in home defense. .223 fragments really easy and causes it not to penatrate walls / multiple walls as easy.

The best round for home defense inside the home...#8/#7 sport/game loads. NO penetration of drywall.
Let me tell you though, 5.56 will go through 10 layers of 1/2" dry wall (probably more, that is all I stacked up during a shoot test I did a couple years back).
Nor does ALL .223 fragment easily. SOME 5.56 fragments easily. MOST do not. SOME penetrate 3/8" hardened steel and punch through 1/2" mild steel like it was butter.
Telling people in a forum that shooting a .223 round in a dwelling for home defense is truly irresponsible.
If you do, also add that the wife and kids should be in the bathroom IN the tub while you go "hunting" for the perp.

FYI: I was able to penetrate #4 2-1/2"-3" phone books stacked with my 9mm AR, that was with Fiochi Combat Rnd, Aquila 65gr IQ and Federal Expanding Full Metal Jacket 124gr. For home defense I'm going with the Federal.

Durandal, there was a site somewhere (I cant recall the site), that was showing this test and used multiple dry-wall sheets with 55gr fmj .223 and 9mm. The .223 key holed the 2nd sheed and embeded in the 3rd or 4th sheet if I recall, while the 9mm kept going. They were standing maybe 50 feet.
