I sometimes come across tactical gear on ebay and the sellers state that they bought the gear from DRMO sales. Can foreigners purchase stuff from DRMO sales and if so how? Or is their any other way of acquiring military dump gear from the d.o.d. like the aws da vests?

Usually, no. I've never heard of any foreign civilian getting stuff from DRMO.
Keep in mind, it's actually really rare these days to get decent tactical stuff out of DRMO anymore. They like to cut up webbing and straps before it gets sold...

X2..You'll never get on post anyhow...Try the DRMO autions online...From what I understand its public sales and you get permission under conditions to go get the junk..

HIGHLY doubt that you're gonna find anything AWS at a DRMO sale. The ones here are usually just BDUs and beat up boots.
