For some bizarre reason I'd always wanted to go to Krakow. The year before I'd spent five days in Prague and loved it there so a couple of friends and I decided we might as well go on a little tour of Central and Eastern Europe. We flew to Graz in Austria and then travelled by train to Budapest in Hungary, Bratislava in Slovakia, Krakow in Poland, Prague in the Czech Republic, Vienna in Austria, back to Graz and then home over ten days.
We're more beer drinkers rather than spirits so the only vodka I drank was in Bratislava and it had some weird berries and roots in it that only grow at certain altitudes in the mountains (Or so the barman told me anyway).

Prague is great I lived there for 3 years, I spent new year's 2000 there coz I was 17 and I wouldn't have been able to get pissed in the UK, was great I havn't been back since though, I might go this summer..

One is sure this pic was taken in my home city Wrocław, so Frenchies are surronded not Poles woot
