YOu know for sometime now iv been reading the assocaited press my real only source of the events thats happening in chechnya.. since beside the assocaited press and kavkaz (islamic parapaganda site) theres really never been a russian english version of the chechen war..

Anyway once in a while i keep reading that 6 russian soilders 9 russian soilders 12 russsian soilders have been killed in chechnya acording to a as the assocaite press puts its (an official with the Moscow-backed Chechen occupation administration said today) So in a way it makes it sound credible.. THNE TODAY i read the kavkaz website and they REPORTED the same thing about that so called PRO moscow chechen offical.. APPRENTLY the islamic parapaganda website and the ASSOCAITED press use the same pro moscow chechen offical who WONT name himself.. so my question is.. WHY IN GODS NAME does the assocaited press use a CHECHEN who kavkaz uses to show relaible figures for how many russians die in chechnya? this really puts in doubt the credbility of the associated press.. HOW IN GODS NAME do they know this so called PRO moscow chechen is telling the truth?? just because he sais hes PRO moscow doesnt mean @#$#.. assocaited press needs to stop using this lying scum the same one that kavkaz uses..

Eh Navid, yes I ask myself the same question...why are we getting the Chechen-Allahu-Akhbar-bogus version of events time and again??? How can AP continue to spread out these wild claims of huge Russian losses?
And of course the next question is...why doesn't AP report about the recent surrender of Ahmed Khambiev, about the daily elimination of terrorists (like the recent one in Stavropol), the ammo & explosive cache findings by Russian forces etc.? Of course, they report only what they WANT us to know, so they insist on Russia's failings, but never mention her successes. So probably there is a strategy behind this, I simply cannot believe that "respectable" news sources such as AP tell this kind of nonsense simply out of sheer ignorance...

AP has never been respectable to me.
Its not only Chechnya. Their Iraqi and Israeli coverage is not much better.
Just disgraceful.
