You guys are quick!
I've just edited the massive picture size and added some dates and locations.
My pic in civilian clothes was taken on leave. The gun in my privately owned Galil ARM 7.62.

Javehn, not recognising a Galil ! Call yourself an Israeli !? :P
I was in my local county infantry regiment, the 1st Battalion, Royal Hampshire Regiment. We were ammalgamated with the Queens Regiment in 1992 to form The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (Queens and Royal Hampshires).
I was in from 90 to 94.

That's right . Your regiments devided to the counties , that right ? I remember Royal , or Argyll explaining this . Only some special regiments are not connected to counties , like Royal commandos and Royal Queens Regiement ?
I feel how terribly wrong i am here

Steve you own those weapons and you live in the UK right?
Forgive my ignorance but I thought they had strict gun laws? Although if there is someway around those for servicemembers that is really awesome. Is the Galil a 35 rnd mag?

I live in the Channel Islands, South of mainland Great Britain.
We have our own Laws and semi autos are legal here.
The 7.62 Galil is fed from a 25 round magazine.

Reservoir hogs, there are about 90,000 people on my island, Jersey.
Wholagun, there's not much brass there really. The brown stuff on the firing point is wood chippings .
