Serbs, international troops forced to retreat | 17:49 | Beta

CAGLAVICA -- Wednesday – International troops and Serb citizens in the strife-torn town of Caglavica are fighting a losing battle against an Albanian mob to maintain their territory, being forced back towards the Serb part of the village.

Stun bombs and tear gas deployed by KFOR troops and UNMIK police have had little effect on the thousands of Albanian who have arrived from Pristina to storm the town.

Two Serbs have been reported wounded by sniper fire near the village, which houses about a thousand Serb residents.

Dozens of women and children have gathered in the centre of the village preparing to evacuate, as about ten Serb houses near the village entrance have been set on fire.

For now there seems little hope of international peacekeepers arriving to evacuate them.

Belgrade urges calm in Kosovo | 13:43 | SRNA

BELGRADE -- Wednesday – The authorities in Belgrade have urged calm in Kosovska Mitrovica, after clashes broke out between Serbs and Albanians in the ethnically-divided town.

Nebojsa Covic, the head of the Coordination Centre for Kosovo, urged UN police and NATO-led peacekeepers to keep the two sides apart.

I'll guess you already seen it on the news that Norwegian soldiers were forced to open fire at an Albanian, and killing him.

Yep, same as puta/putain in the romantic languages if we're going to get into a discussion on linguistic semantics (which would be better than a juvenile slanging match).

Then again, as AK-boy can't even differentiate between feminine and neuter in the same phrase, I guess we'd better leave him/her or it out of it.

Maybe because everything doesnīt get reported in CNN.com and so forth.
There has been beatings, murders etc between Albanians and Serbs daily.
Personally I think itīs a shame that the Albanians get what they want, a
ethnically cleansed Kosovo, assisted by the international community.

I'm not saying that, but when there's a conflict between Albanians and Serbs, I'm rather eager to doubt the reliability of both Albanian and Serbian sources...

..islam is not a race but i agree that beeing a muslim doesn't mean that someon is terrorist but the problem with albanians is not that they are muslims but that they are pretending victims while they are more guilty then serbs - for example in this case after this boy have drown albanias and albanians papers started accuseing serbs of killing him without evidence..i dont like them!!

You people just don't realize albanian mentality, they are dirty, cheap cheats who trick and lie and will do whatever possible to acheive their goal, which is the complete destruction of any non-albanian,non-muslim presence in kosovo and ultimately the formation of a "greater" albania . I lived there and even went to school with them so please don't school me on what I know or don't know, because this is one thing I know for sure. This **** is bad because if they succed in their "goal" this could or probably will spread, who knows with current laws on their scrafs and such in france yo0u could have a jihad in paris or riots! :( This problem can only be handled by the "new" Serbian,Montenegrene army or russia. The only nearby countries with experience with such problems and people. :)

Gee now, the LAST time we let the "experienced" countries handle it, many many civilians died.

Many civilians died as a result of indiscriminate NATO airstrikes as well, and UNMIK has repeatedly demonstrated how impotent it is in protecting the remaining Serbian minority in Kosovo. This is simply the latest in a long line of similar incidents.

When Serbian security forces returned to the GSZ the UCPMB simply vanished. No crimes against civilians, no massacres, the entire operation was carried out with UNMIK/NATO approval quickly and professionally. Perhaps it is time for UNMIK to allow Serbian forces to re-enter Kosovo, as provisioned by UN 1244, to protect the Serbian population.

You can rest assured that if these remaining Serbian enclaves were protected by Serbian forces these incidents would not be taking place.

PS.

The correct version of the phrase in question is: Idi u picku materinu - as has now been pointed out several times. On the other hand you, Royal, 'momak', have not much clue about the Serbo-Croatian language.
