Wait these cats are selling the pictures of your gear though, don't they have to give you a heads up if they are selling photos that you took?

This guy took the pictures I took of the Vital2 and posted on his site and he is charging money for it.. what an A$$clown.

I took pictures of differnt tactical gear and post on line for all to download and it is shared free of charge.. how dare him take my work and charge money for it.

Legaly I believe you can sue him, I'm sick of plagarism and internet piracy :bash:

Why sue? The worst that will happen is he'll take the content down and you have to front the bill for a lawyer. You put the images up free to share.. then he is free to use them as he wishes.

I post them for free... it is my wish for all to benfit from them. so the honorable thing to do is repost them for free. do things as he wish cuz he got it for free does not constitute ethical.

Imagestation is for free. You can, however, pay money to have them printed.

I made some pictures for him, most of the Mk23 images are mine. I support his goal, a complete gallery of firearms images from all different persectives. He asked a lot of pals to contribute their images. Since there are no costs at all, he does not earn money with such a database.

This guy is cool, so relax.

That is fine..at least he could ask...I have had request from various people around the globe asking for my pictures to be reposted. I have not turn one down yet. it never hurts to ask. :)

Yes having just a touch of class is always nice, as opposed to being nothing but a plagarist :bash:

To clarify the things once for all here (and i'll add that on my site too, just in case) the pics collected there are NOT sold! I don't need of that, i've already a job and pay my taxes. I share them for FREE and i win nothing for that, it's only to help dev teams as explained on my site. Usually i ask permission to get originals from people before, and thanks them. However, if some pics aren't allowed to be on my site, i'll erase them of course... I know than some people do the same thing for money (like ArmyReco) but it's not my case at all.
I'm really sorry if i forgot you SMGLee and took your pics without your agreement. Be sure next time, i'll ask you, i promise.

As long as you don't charge for the picture i took, it is okay... I apologize for jumping the gun, but just saw the link to some type of payment for the picture. that is all.

If you need other stuff, you are free to email me.

Thanks.
