interesting, looks lmost like an SR-25 receiver, with a PSG-1 stock

country looks like U.S, some private or law enforcement shooting team or something

note the NEXTEL logo on his sleeve

It's a Magpul Precision Rifle Stock. Other than that, no idea exept that it's an ar15 type :p

Looks like a 7.62 variant.
stock is a relatively new model from Magpul:

throw in a free floating RAS, stainless barrel with new gas block and a tricked out muzzle brake,
topped of by a HK PSG style grip:

and there you go ;-)

well, it definetely has the AR look to it but the stock i think is a new magpul stock, look at the grip, looks like a PSG-1, looks like its chambered for somethin bigger, .338 maybe, somewhere in that neighborhood, it looks to big to be puttin out .223, from what it looks like, the muzzle brake, if he is shootin .223, he's feelin nothin, that brake looks to big for .223

Why .338? Could be .308...

The rifle is definitely not 223. It appear to be chambered in 308. Note the abscence of a forward assist. Only found on .308 models. Oh, and older 223. The mag appears to be plastic. DPMS put out their panther 308 with "honeycomb" style plastic mags but have since gone to metal mags.

Magpul stock, looks like a JP enterprises gas block and break, harris bipod and someone's RAS.

could be a cobb MCR variant, either in 308 or 3006, but I think it's a 308

OK, some of you are right...

1. Stock is the new Magpul PRS

2. Rifle is DPMS Panther LR series (LR-308 is the most prevalent)
This comes chambered in the following: .308 Winchester, .300 Remington SAUM, or .260 Remington. Other chambered uppers are avail but offered separate from rifle purchase.

3. Panther Tactical Grip similar to HK PSG

4. 10 round plastic magazine (no longer avail, all are now metal)

5. Harris bi-pod

6. JP compensator/brake and adjustable gas block

7. Stainless barrel

8. Scope appears to be a Leupold Mark 4 LR/T 4.5-14x50mm M1 but can't be 100%sure

9. Handguard is free-floating of unknown type possibly older DPMS or Armalite

Not that I'm endorsing DPMS but they do make a good rifle.
As far as the guy goes, I have no idea. Hope that helped.

The shooter looks like law enforcement. You can see a hip holster and handcuffs

~center~ is on it. It appears to be a tweaked DPMS Panther.
