hey I just noticed everyones signature is gone.

**** i spent half an hour finding my Canadian flag waving Polar Bear, my waving maple leaf and my little trumpet saluting soldier gifs. **** I just got them 2 nights ago too. Aaaaaahhhhh pppppooooo on whoever did that. **** i wasted so much time, ****. :cantbeli: You can make it up to me by making me a moderator. :D

Whats the deal with deleting all the sigs. At least let me keep mine, they were so cool, thank god I didn't decide to add more I wouldve wasted even more time... nice timeing too seesh. :| :(

The problem might be the animations. I didn't realize this until I went to the AmericasArmy.com fora that some animations can be over 1mb. it's bad for those on dialup.

Abuse is what happened to the sigs, just like every other part of this site that goes unchecked. First it was the avatars, then it was the multiple accounts, then it was the endless country bashing. People were putting giant paragraphs, pictures, manifestos, and copies of the entire Koran in their sigs. I decided to put an end to it.
Would it be possible to bring them back with a 4 line restriction & no images (it must be possible to code this)?
Lets keep an eye out for the answer.

Why do people need to say 4 lines of text for every single message they post? Unfortunately I can't turn off images for just the sigs, I'd have to turn them off for everything which I obviously can't do.
