Tigerland movie, music question

Ok so at the end of the movie there's one or 2 guys singing, as the bus rolls off, does anyone have a clue where I could find this soung, or the title or anything about it? Something about missing his mom's apple pie and just wanting to get high, its a rather slow beat and somber type of song as he's reminiscing of what he's missing as he goes of to Vietnam.
