As previously posted, this two-week course of training consist of roadmarchs, hands-on inspections of sling-loads, as well as instruction on Aviation Air Assault missions. (Airmen, Marine's and salior's may also attend this course) which is currently conducted at,

Schoefield Barracks, Hawaii (25th I.D (L)
Fort Belvior,Virignia (??)
Fort Drum, New York (10th Mtn Div (L)
Camp Casey, South Korea (2nd I.D(?)
Fort Polk, Lousiana (2nd ACR)
The Army National Guard operates this course at,
Camp Gruber, Oklahoma
Camp Blanding, Florida
and now (drum roll please!) Fort Benning, Georgia!
Pathfinder Course, is a three week course which consist of hands-on inspections, Drop-Zone/Landing Zone set-up and aircraft communication procedures. The US Army Infantry School conducts this course at Fort Benning, Georgia. *In 2003, an additional course was begun at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
