i don't work out enough, and i keep saying, i'm gonna work out everyday starting tomorrow. and tomorrow rolls around and i go on the computer and watch tv. i am set to go to bootcamp according to the guidlines, but it wouldn't hurt to be in better shape.

Waking up quite late in the mornings, doing stuff other people should have done aka being 'walked over', eating to much, spending to much time here on the PC. And according to my Mum, swearing (Not my fault, my Dad's!). :lol:

Well most days I'm not ready till around noon. :)

It's a never ending cycle as I get up late which makes me 'hyper' at night, which then means I don't get to bed till around 01:00, then I don't actually get to sleep till around 02:30ish; a few nights ago I eventually fell asleep at f***ing 05:00! :|
