I'm quite the sentimental person on in the inside. At the same time, I don't like to keep many things; I'm a minimalist by nature.
However, some things I just don't want to get rid of. For instance, I got off work early today and after I got cleaned up and ate lunch, I changed the sheets on my bed to some old ones I've loved since I was seven. I still have a couple stuffed animals, too. My mom wanted me to get rid of the sheets and use the new ones she got for when we moved; I told her maybe next time. I just got this feeling of nostalgia and went on changing my sheets and rearranging my room to remind me more of when I was a kid.
What about the rest of you?

I kept a green hammer. When I was young, I would "fix" things by hitting them with it. It's still around the house somewhere.

I still have some legos lying around....a few of those 4" GI Joe's aswell.... I think it's all at my moms place, my pads a bit too small to keep unnecessary stuff.
It's not really from my childhood but everytime I go to a concert I put the ticket stub in my wallet and leave it there. I've still got my U2 Popmart one from '97 in there though it is a bit the worse for wear now.

I used to have some old Star Wars action figures and vehicles (Millenium Falcon to name one) in the garage but... then the garage set fire and those lovely toys all melted away.

The one thing I have is a wooden footlocker that my brother & I used as a toy box (it seemed a lot bigger then). Other than that - I showed up at basic training with what I was wearing and $20 and sort of restarted my life at that point.

I do that too - my oldest one is a KISS ticket from '84. I'll try to post a scan of it later on...

I still have all of my Matchbox cars, and HO scale trains from when I was little. And for some reason, I still have a bucket of crayons that I used as well. I'm not a pack rat by any means, but I hung onto those things for some reason.

1 x stuffed dog, name of Spot. Got him on the day I was born.
Lives anywhere around my bedroom. He's great when the female of the species clocks him "Awww, he's so cute, you big sentimental guy" "Thanks, now if you'd kindly remove your underwear..."

I still have toy soldiers ( Lead ones ) from when I was a kid.
I also have little plastic armymen that my best friend who died cause his pacemaker quit, I still have those army men we used to play with those daily hehe, so its kinda warming to have that stuff I spose.
Cause the lead soldiers remind me of all the good i had as a kid ( as they were my favorite toys ) and the armymen remind me of the saddest thing I had to deal with when I was a kid, so thats about all I have left from when I was a kid.
