chest rig for USMC RECON ??

hello, sorry for my English who is not very good… :roll:

I am a French airsofteur, and I make myself a behaviour USMC RECON and I have a small problem, is what the MARINES style MEU uses this kind of chest rig: http://www.optactical.com/stcoreve.html ?

because the FLC do not be appropriate to me because of the COYOTE BROWN, the wood French do not go with this type of color. And I will want to make a shemas in MARPAT, OD, BALCK.

and for the helmet , the USMC use PASGT , MICH , other ??

The chest rig you linked will work fine for the impression you are looking for. I believe the Marines use all coyote brown gear but that is one of the issue items with the new MLCS items. It's just in green. I do feel that if you wanted a true Marine impression you should go with the coyote brown.

The Marines use the lightweight helmet, it is similar in apperance to the PASGT helmet with an improved suspension system. I do believe that the recon guys when forced to wear a helmet use a mich however.

Who? OPtac, or Blackhawk? OPtac is excellent to deal with. I have this very rig in black. Worked well. I now use a High Speed Gear wasatch.

Remy -- do you have tan coveralls? Seems USMC Force Recon like to wear these based on recent fotos I've seen.
