I would like to see how well the ACU work in dark surroundings, dark woods particulary, anyone got any images or links?

In my opinion it does not work well here in the woodland enviroments, but there are more qaulified people here to tell you otherwise

DPM is for posers!
ACU works fine. Granted it won't work as great as dpm but still get the job done if you are tactical...

You also failed to miss the platoon of canadians in cadpat laughing at the ACU guy.

ACU looks to better suited for urban situations, not woodland. The improvement from Woodland camo to Marpat blends into the environment quite nicely...
Either way I would take Woodland or Marpat over ACU anyday.
Or I could paint myself orange like EAST SCOUT suggested :)

yeah... copy and pasting a GI from a totally different picture with different lighting in another environment will not help any camouflage patternp-)

^ very true and whats funnier is that in the type of light woods as in the picture i think the ACU would be great.
But im interested in how it looks at a distance...since almost all cammo ive seen gets real dark at distances.

You forgot to point out the 100 guys in MC, you know, the good camo that got passed over due to cost.

But she has her interests and I have mine. Maybe someday mine will come in handy

In my wife's purse.... son of a bitch... I wonder whoo else has there balls in there.. I know she's tough but I never imagined she was collecting them.. maybe that's why she leaves loose change in the pockets of all of her jackets.. no more place in her hand bag..p-)
