I have a handful of questions here...

How does the Bayonet stay in the sheath? I see no snap around for the handle or anything of that sort..and how does it attach to the PLCE Belt?? Also does anyone know If this sheath will fit a Marine KA-BAR?

Lastly why is this guy selling so many so cheap? Chi-Com junk Copies?

the design aint ideal, ive never gotten my hands on a bayonet in cadets but ive got a frog, and its quite tight, so id imagine you just shove it in there and it sticks, no idea about the ka-bar lol, there are 2 popper attachments with sticks that you stick in the holes on the belt to keep it in place, ive got no idea what you do with the fastex clip lol,you can buy huge crates of these kind of things, so he probably is still making a profit at this price + the postage.

The bayonet comes with a plastic scabbard. It has a fastex female buckle that clips into the male on the DPM scababrd. It is a snug fit.

Fozzie is spot on about fitting the scabbard to a belt (or vest).

No idea about the KBar.

Just a little bit. If it wasn't for that fastex clip then the plastic scabbard would come out every time you fixed bayonets.

My frog is mainly held on with green tape

Kbar's stay in their sheaths by snapping a leather band around the handle of the knife.
I had one in ROTC and it was a big mother. Looking back now, a good folding knife would have been more practical. But young ROTC cadets are shot in the a$$ with having HSLD gear. But it's hard to look tough when you're using a rubber duck (molded plastic replica of an M-16A1).

the bayonet frog should be attached behind the left hand double ammo pouch. although the small of the back position looks well warry and smart, if you get into humping bergans around the place and swinging them on and off your shoulders you either lose the scabbard bayonet and frog or at least the bayonet. Not to mention the bruises.

The scabbard incldudes, a bottle opener, wire cutters, a bottle opener, sharpening stone, bottle opener and saw.

Its a quality piece of kit. The only problem being the heat it gets up to after blatting off a few rounds.
