Big Request: A complete list of Polish SOF gear (please).

I know this is a big request, I am sorry, but if any of you would please be so kind to do this. If you could, would some of the Polish members come up with a fairly complete list of uniforms, helmets, and weapons used by GROM, 1PSK, and FORMOZA. I know this has been listed in smaller amounts in other threads, but I'm really trying to find a complete list of these things for these units. Thank you all very much!

is that a desert eagle in the 6th pic? if so, i heard those were extremely impractical. oh possessers of tactical knowledge, please explain the reason for having this in your arsenal.
