Chapelle is funny as hell, and he makes fun of all races, but I gotta say white people get the most. Just about every time they are shown as some kind of dorks. And when he makes fun of black people its just some minor problems thtat he thinks occur in the community. In my opinion it is pretty racial, but Chapelle is a genius of comedy, he still makes everything funny.
