Hm, if we take this to the judicial level. What exactly did he do wrong? Atleast
the burning tires is illegal here. And hm, driving like that I guess. And hm I guess
they can squeeze in that he was risking peoples lives as well. Big fine and loosing
his driving license?

Well in Canada people get raw all the time, in the summer people cruise around in there old school chevy's and do burnout's everywere. I've got better video's of a 4 banger doing a better smoke show ;) ...too bad that dude didnt hit second gear....3 seconds in first then slam it into second...thats what i was taught ;)

Of course its illegal, its considering damaging property here. For every square foot of rubber you lay you get a $50 fine, they will actually bring out a measuring tape if the cop is an asshole. There is also a "noise violation", this seems to be the most popular ones the cops give if they do catch you (sometimes they have better things to worry about). This noise voilation runs around $110 dollars, but like all fines you can dispute them which most people do since most cops forget about them or are not willing to come into court on a day off to deal with "traffic tickets".

Oh yes and one more thing, private roads you can do whatever you please on. My buddy lives on a private road (its dirt which makes it alot more fun), we abuse the crap outta vehicles on it. We did have the cops come one time, they were more concerned about sparks or something going into the woods and starting a fire then the drifting and the doughnuts

Driving out to see your girlfriend, blowing out a tire going 60 miles per hour, 45 mins away from any civilization, while the temp is 15 above, your cars heater breaking down, then when you go to change to the spare, the STEEL tire jack busts in half. Yeah that was a ****ty night, I was about ready to give up after that.
