I think its Zasahova jednotka Vychodni Cechy. (Intervention Unit East Czech) Its LOCAL intervention unit.

It's for the entire Czech Republic.

The unit name is the Czech Republic Response Team

Number of members are unknown

You are wrong. The national "SWAT" team for Czech republic is URN (Utvar rychleho nasazeni). This unit is LOCAL unit from east district of Czech republic.

Look at the patch and compare it. URN has different weaponry, equipment, connection /i think radio/ etc, etc.

btw... not all of them wore that same shirt Ok, but you cant look only on t-shirts. Look at the weapons, equipments, radios [there are MATRA radios on the pic].
URN is here> look at their radios [headsets]
and I think all from their Intervention unit can be deployed anywhere in CR, no only in their "homeland" territory.

Here's the second video

They raid the room, what you can't see is outside there are two other members guarding the windows. You can hear in the begining of the video a distraction from outside using smoke grenades and some sort of flash bang that gets the bad guy to look outside just as the team breaks the door down.

The door was so beat up that it didn't open up at first, it instead just broke apart.
