Me to,but is entirely uncorrect this is Serbian/Bosnian music ("narodna muzika-narodnjaci-peoples music") ,such thing like Balkan music doesen`t exist. ;)

Bosnian and Serbian music tend to differ zg18, less on the narodnjaci part a lot more for any other genre

Yes but Balkan music is all music from all Balkan nations,but the music from videos you posted is Serbian.
