Imagine if they actually had a group of collective people who could be trained to fix pipes and electrical wires and build mosques how many more iraqis could be indipendent and have homes and cars and finacial stability. If they took some inititave their kids can tell their children my father built that bridge or mosque instead of being right back where they started.
