Do other nations have rules on how to destroy a national flag?
Here in Norway, before burning a destroyed flag we have very strickt set of rules on how this should be done.

The three colours of the flag must be separated from eachother prior to the burning. Because then you are not burning the flag itself, but rags of red white and blue cloth.
