Your statement should say:
"I choose not to critisize combat troops coming off intense firefights, for retarded safety issues that really only apply on a range by amateurs, 15000 kms away, from my safe desk. Especially when I'm not a soldier myself."
Repeat as necessary.

I mispoke, my intent was that the soldier is not a recruit on a range and we can give him the benefit of a doubt.
True dat, no safety regulation is retarded. However, people that treat being in combat like a range shoot ARE retarded. There is a clear difference in context. There are certain safety issues that can be afforded on a peacetime range, but not in combat. One has to be able to tell the difference.
By no means do I condone being unsafe. That picture wasn't taken at the range so we shouldn't be nailing the soldier in question for an issue that makes more sense in a training setting. I'll conceed that a re-wording of my statement is required.

That is really really really f@#$%d up!!! Three people die of rabies so lets go out and kill every dog we see, minus the dogs belonging to the government of course. Rounding up all the strays that are the most likely to have rabies, and asking everyone to get there dogs tested is just to much too ask. Instead we will just take someones dog while there on a walk with there beloved pet and beat it to death right in front of them, probably scarring them for life, because it's soo much simpler. Out of those 50,000 dogs that they killed how many actually had rabies???

Do they eat them after they are dead?
prolly not due to rabies but true that in some asian countries, dog meat is considered to be a delicacy (to be eaten with alcoholic drinks).

has anyone told them that they can just vaccinate their pet dogs against rabies instead of bashing their brains out?

Well, they dont because they either dont bother or they dont have the money. But still you never know these dogs will end up on their dinner plates.
Edit: Oops! Forgot to say nice pics today! But not the dogs. I like dogs....sniff....

I don't know about China but in countries like Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia etc, vaccination and veternarians are foreign concepts. There's not enough vacination for people, let alone pets.
And taking your dog to a doctor? That's a really funny concept to a lot of people over there.

Aye, for a lot of asian people dogs are nothing more than just animals (not their brother or son, like a lot of people here in the west). They'd probably think that using bullets or poison isn't worth the money for a dogs life. My mom had a dog when she was young, and when the dog died, they gave them to the neighbours and well, they cooked it. They even asked my grandma if she wanted to come over for dinner. Obviously she refused.

The Z-70s are basically product improved versions of the Z-62/63 SMG. There are no serious changes to the overall layout or method of construction and the guns are the same size and weight. The 40 round magazine was apparently discontinued for this weapon.
Z-70s are only made in 9 mm Parabellum. This marked Spain's alignment with NATO, and their general move from Largo to Parabellum across the forces. The other major change was to the trigger assembly. The Z-70s have a conventional, single point rotating trigger. Fire selection is achieved via a rotating lever on the left side of the pistol grip, where it may be actuated with the firing thumb. This lever also incorporates a safety setting. The magazine release has been changed to a lever type, below the trigger guard.
A number of other small changes in the overall design were also made. None of these affect general use, and are presumably either to improve performance, longevity or reduce manufacturing costs. These changes seem to indicate that most parts are not interchangable between the two series, despite their optward similarity. I believe that the Z-70 was the commercial and development model, and the Z-70/B incorporated some trivial changes for Army service, but I do not know what the difference between the two weapons is.

That's why I don't like the idea of them becoming 'the next superpower'.
The Chinese junta is ruthlessly flexing their muscle in the world today. Secret military spending and build up. They support Sudan, North Korea, Venezuela, Burma and Zimbabwe (amongst others) The Taiwan issue ... why is this happening???
I truly believe we will have to fight them later on if their own people don’t throw them out first.
And WE finance this buying Chinese stuff

Indeed...many imigrants.they known for their will to serve in the combat units.
Yeah, I guess it's no surprise. I know a lot of Russians that used to live in Israel, many of them are not Jewish (I guess Israel is a good place to imigrate to).

Can't you tell that he's using top secret Zionist invisible ammunition. The belt of link that you see is from his trousers (he's a heavy metal fan).

Wow thats a long discussion on this pic.Move on guys.
The Negev has a gas operated open-bolt mechanism.
there is no round in the chamber.
Hmmm what??? So you are saying that there won’t be a live round in the chamber if I fire half a belt and then places the safety on “S” (SAFE). And remove the belt from the weapon?

yes, but its not safe repalcing belts that way.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_bolt
A semi or fully-automatic firearm is said to fire from an open bolt if, when ready to fire, the bolt and working parts are held to the rear. When the trigger is pulled the bolt goes forward, feeding a round from the magazine into the chamber and firing it.
all of the rounds are inside the magazine/belt. its good for machine guns, because if there was a round inside the chamber, it could cook and go off because of the chamber's heat.

Finally some vindication.
I don't mind people copying pictures - as long as they give credit to those due.
Some of us spend a lot of time finding and having these photos hosted.
It only takes others seconds to copy & paste, so I hope they can take a second more to aknowledge where they are taking them from.
Chef @ HKpro.com does a great job with the credit part.
