Nope, they started the whole **** back in 1999 (I mean not those particular soldiers? for whom I feel sorry, since they have to be in the line of fire for politicians who decided to have some bombing practice for the pilots).
I believe, Serbian militia and specops would deal with the problem of albanian terrorism a long time ago.
