What operation?
Op PALLADIUM
Op DANACA
Op ATHENA
Or maybe you want to know about past things like Op APOLLO?

They are complex legal/political documents that are designed to ensure international law (Geneva Conventions, Huage Convention, etc) is followed, that no "media incidents" will occur, that any UN mandate is met, and that any agreements, with the country into which we deploy, are not violated.

They are usually classified.

It all depends on the operation.

There IS a ROE that covers, Do not fire untile fired upon, ubt I don't think it's a standing ROE.
