Entering CIRAS (http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/search.php?searchid=370566) into our search option just returned 71 results - why not try that yourself.

Ok, I will play...

CIRAS is one size bigger then your normal shirt size, if you wear a x-large, make sure you get large.

As far as pouches are concern, it is something you need to work out for yourself. I run two EAgle kydex FB M4 mag pouch up front, one Eagle 4x2 kydex M4/1911 mag pouch on my left and a pair M4 mag pouches on my right. Inside of my CIRAS Land, I have a DBT M4 pouch that hold one M4 pouch for emergency only. This gives me a total of nine mags on my body... I know, I know.. too many mags... I am ready for war...;)

I also have a blow out kit pouch on my right and a general purpose pouch on my left. on my left also have a DBT Surefire M3 light pouch and an Eagle MLCS hydration pouch on the back. on the bib, I have a DBT admin pouch with a side pouch that holds my Surefire A2a Aviator.

Hope this helps.
