New Forum Feature ?

Ok..so I was browsing through the video forum and i happened to come across a post (http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1843235&postcount=30) where there was a red mark on the lower right side of the post..when you click on that, it says received infraction. What does that mean?

i had one myself.It's like a warning.once you get 10 points worth of infractions you are banned.New thingy on MP.net.
