no mi-35 are export.
The Mi-25 is the export version of the Mi-24D, with the old school falanga missles.
the Mi-35 is the export of the Mi-24V, with the much better AT-6 missle mounted.
The Mi-35P is the export of the Mi-24P, with the twin 30mm cannonc instead of the heavy machine gun turret.

not a lot of diffirences apart from weapons. Slightly uprated engines...hold on, let me find my Hind book, I'll get back to you on that.
of course the very latest Hind variants (such as the Mi-24VK and Mi-24PK upgrades) have a number of additions, ranging from the rotor and engine systems of the Mi-28, shortened and reprofiled stub wings, fixed landing gear, updated cockpits, and upgraded sensors and weapons fits......
