(IDF) Recon Assault Vest question

Just wanted to see if any of you know what size knife or types of knives (i.e. gerber, benchmade, sog) will fit in the knife holder of the (IDF) Recon Assault Vest. Suggestions are welcome too if you have one and you like your setup.

The knife pocket is about the same size as the mag pouch. The pocket on my vest is about 7 inches deep and 3 inches wide(18cm x 8cm), I was able to fit four fingers down the pocket.
